What are the benefits of good healthy Nutrition?

1. Good low GI carbohydrates give you sustained energy

2. Good proteins ensure growth and repair of your muscles and other body tissue e.g. healthy skin, hair and nails, plus is important in slowing down the release of your carbohydrates

3. Good fats (found in fish, olive oil, seeds, nuts) are a source of energy and important in the absorption of some vitamins. Fat also helps to give the skin a healthy glow, plus is important in slowing down the release of your carbohydrates

4. The right ratios for each meal eaten every 3-4 hours will fill your cells with high quality nutrients and your body will respond with high energy!

5. The right ratio will ensure you do not increase your body fat/weight, plus will help you to use fat for fuel. In addition the right ratio will stop the cravings for high sugar and saturated fat foods.
